Why A Residual Income Source is a must During COVID-19

As millions of Americans file for unemployment due to the Coronavirus outbreak, 22 million people and climbing are wondering where their next check will come from and if it will be enough.

Many people are starting to look for alternative sources of income to sustain them past the Coronavirus pandemic, however many are asking if they are doing the right thing. With numerous claims of people waiting for stimulus checks and government bailouts, people are starting to wonder if they are relying on the right people to help them out of this crisis.

While, it is easy to acknowledge that the government is doing something, it is also important to note that the American people need to work. Otherwise, the economy will suffer severely and the nation will most likely fall into another recession.

So why not be a part of a company that has been able to increase their profitability year after year. The global hair care market is worth well over $81 billion – and North America is expected to account for more than 30 percent of that market share by 2020. In Monat's first four years the company achieved more than $434 million dollars in sales.

While direct sales are often frowned upon for their less than traditional business practices it is hard to contest that it isn't a viable option during this time. Especially with the numbers Monat produces.

During a pandemic, our team alone sold more than $60 Million in products, signed more than 2100 people to their VIP Customer Loyalty Program and on top of this recruited more than 100 new market partners.

Below are a few examples of women whose business thrived during this Coronavirus pandemic. Attached is their rank advancement. What can't be seen is, while each woman individually made their rank their team work is what helped them achieve their sales and recruitment.

During this period of time these women were up able to make more than $1000 in ranking bonuses alone. In the attached spread below it shows how much these women potentially made in their business without their rank advancement bonus.

(Note: These numbers are averages from 2017, however Monat has since updated their compensation plan for 2020 to help new Market Partners through Managing Market Builders increase their earning potential.)

I will be the first to acknowledge that alone direct sales is not for everyone. The people who work the business will go through more no's before they find people who are willing to say yes to a life-changing opportunity.

Monat is one of the fastest-growing direct sale companies in the world and on top of that the company is momentum. But what is that? Momentum in business is when everything seems to accelerate and financial milestones are made -- employees are proactive, customers are happy and extraordinary results are produced.

But eventually all business, including direct sales curve begins to wane and it becomes harder to make life-changing money. So now is the time to invest in a business while it is growing financially every year.

According to the Bureau of Labor statistic about 20 percent of new businesses fail in their first year, and about 50 percent fail in their fifth year. Monat is going into its sixth year and has already nearly reached a billion dollar in a $81 billion industry. And it is string up conversation in doing so.

Because of Coronavirus people are hungry right now. They need to provide for their families. They need to make sure that everyone is taken care of. It is people that are hungry that are dangerous.

So I will end with a quote by Les Brown, an American motivational speaker, author, former radio DJ, and former television host.

"People that are hungry strive to get on top in life because, it is the bottom that is overcrowded. People that are hungry believe no excuse is acceptable. They are unstoppable, relentless and have a larger vision of themselves. You have something special -- a greatness inside of you. Ignite that greatness."
