LITTLE TOMMY MORRISSEY
Three-year-old Tommy Morrissey was born without a fully-developed right arm, but that has not stopped him from playing the sport that he loves.
Where most people may think that golf may prove too challenging for them - Morrissey proves that passion has no measure.
Nevertheless, he has no prouder supporters than his parents, Joe Morrissey and Marcia Lee.
"Most kids have stuffed animals in their cribs," his mother, Marcia Lee said in her interview with the Press of Atlantic City. "Tommy slept with his golf clubs. And it wasn't just one club. He had eight in there. One night we forgot one and he freaked out and said, 'I need my driver."
According to Tommy's teacher Linwood PGA professional Jeff LeFevre, he could tell he was unique from the start.
Describing him as more than the average Tonka Truck loving kid, LeFevre boasted tearfully in Tommy's skill.
"The ball is the biggest truth in golf, and he hit it square," LeFevre said in his interview with David Weinberg. "He is beyond unique."

However, where it may seem that young Morrissey is a prodigy in the making - it is good to remember he is still a kid.
His father Joe says where he may love to play golf, he still takes joy in the little childlike things.
"There are times when we have to go back to a hole because he left his Matchbox cars there," Joe said with a laugh. "Or he'll just want to practice hitting balls in the water. He's usually good for about five holes. By the sixth, he wants to ride on the back of the cart like a fireman."
So from us here at Golf Insider we say, " Shoot for the stars and enjoy lots of golf."
